Join Coronavirus and Anxiety: How to Stay Calm in the Midst of the Storm | Toronto Online Workshop


The coronavirus crisis is causing spiked levels of public anxiety and stress. These days we worry about about our family, kids, aging parents, friends and relatives, we do not know what to expect tomorrow, feel that our future is suspended and in the hands of uncertainty.

Leading Toronto life coach Sara Shor, who has helped hundreds of people lead a life of tranquility regardless of their challenges, will provide practical life-transforming tips on how to experience peace, joy and positivity in spite of today’s uncertain times. She has announced the launch of a 30-minute group therapy how to deal with anxiety, stress and fear. These ones are more potent than the actual virus itself. Any help on how to deal with stress and anxiety nowadays would be very helpful.

"The psychological impact of social distancing, quarantines, and general panic regarding the possibility of contracting the virus is in many cases causing irrational behavior that is detrimental to people’s mental health and well-being,” she shared.

Sara Shor will provide simple and practical advice on how to deal with these feelings, curb illogical behaviors and live life to the fullest regardless of external circumstances. “People will find that not only will these techniques help them to be calmer and happier, but will also have a positive impact on their family members and friends,” she said.

The cost is $13, with a percentage of proceeds going to Chai Lifeline Canada, which supports families of children and parents with serious illnesses.
