"Breathe Easy" Spa Retreat with #HydraSense

When it comes to nasal problems our family have been using hydraSense products like NetiRinse™ for many years. Cold, flu, pregnancy, seasonal allergies turned us to using quality products made by hydraSense. I was excited to join Melissa Grelo, co-host of CTV’s The Social and Kathy Parsons, Lolë’s ambassador and yoga instructor. We discussed various topics from health, personal life, pregnancy, beauty, our life as mothers to work and the importance of “Me Time”. When women share their life experience, beauty tips, give advice on how they dealt with different situations are always helpful, especially when it comes from professionals like Melissa Grelo. She looks gorgeous on TV, manages work, family and kids, I was impressed how she does all these.


Good breath is essential to our health and brings power and energy to our bodies. Our relaxing afternoon was empowered by yoga practice, where Kathy Parsons introduced some simple breathing techniques. It is interesting that I was doing yoga before but only at our “breathing” practice I started feeling the power you hold in the air. It was great experience and I am happy that Kathy invited us to join her classes in the future.


Our retreat would not be complete without trying spa sauna, a massage, a steam room and Jacuzzi – effective ways to relax, re-charge and forget all our worries and problems. I’d give a big hug to all the amazing staff working at the spa making my day absolutely perfect. Professional massage is what our body needs from time to time, sauna effectively relieves stress, cleanse skin and a steam room helps to clear up unwanted congestion.


Overall, I had a good time at the Spa My Blend by Clarins, I like that it was relaxing and educational at the same time.
