Ingredients
1 cup kefir
1 teaspoon of Matcha
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 apple, quartered
1/4 cup baby spinach
1 1/2 banana, frozen and sliced
2 drops stevia sweetener
Directions
❖ Blend frozen banana until it is broken down.
❖ Add the rest of the ingredients, but do not include chia seeds.
❖ Blend all ingredients until smooth then add chia seeds.
❖ Further pulse blend two to three times and serve.
